carpet installation
 + -1 moreThe flooring is starting to come up where they replaced some boards because they cut off the tongue and groove and then used the exact adhesive that the manufacture instructions said NOT to use. We have since had the tiles replaced and they are also coming up again.. we have them removed and are waiting for a different installer to put new ones in. when Talty came and replaced them the first time the grout color did not match at all.
Description of Work: does not stand by work our tile in the kitchen keep coming up and the grout is cracking. the entire hardwood floor on the 1st and 2nd floor was done incorrectly. A sorry attempt was made to fix a few panels and they made it worse by trying to pull up individual panels and gluing down new ones.
