The service provider, Dennis, explained everything he was performing during the visit. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My unit is over 17 years old and he provided options on it's future use and longevity. Lastly, he was very personable and didn't mind me watching him as he performed his job. As he left he noticed it was my son's 21st birthday and he said to congratulate him. Class act with Class service!

Somewhat tricky job because heating system is hot-water, so no existing ductwork and they had to install it. Very happy with the job itself, with the price, and with interactions with Tom and his people. They were very pleasant and professional, and took special care to avoid mess or damage inside or out.

They did a great job. We had a new air conditioner installed by another company and it worked worse than the old one, we had T J come in and evaluate the situation. The duct size was too small. They analyzed the problem and they installed the air conditioner. It is working perfectly. It turned out really well. They had to run a vent line down because we have a raised cathedral ceiling, so they ran the vent line to take some of the heat out of the living room. They knew what they were doing. The price I paid for the original contractor who was terrible, was the same price as this contractor who did it right.

I had just bought a condo that has a 20+ year old heat pump. I called T and J and they gave me a quote of $100 for their tune up service. Our technician Jody showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable and said given the age of the unit, it was in decent shape. He did a great job cleaning the unit. He also changed the gross filter for me - he didn't have the size I needed, so he made one for me.Overall, a really great experience. I will be contacting them again in the future and do recommend them!

I have been using TJ Heating and Cooling for years and they've been great. My central AC in ancient - going on 40 years old. When it suddenly stopped working about 8 years ago I called TJ and figured they would tell me the inevitable - old system was dead, time for a new system. Instead, they cleaned the compressor which was dirty and had triggerd a high pressure switch to cut off the system. They charged me less than $100 and got the system working rather than suggesting an expensive repair or system replacement. Every year or so I have Jody come out and make sure everything is running well - he knows his stuff, and knows my system specifically and always does a great job making sure my old system is running well. These guys are honest and know their stuff - I would highly reccommend them!

I've used this company for several years. On one of the hottest days of the year, my air conditioning unit broke. They weren't able to arrive as soon as I called since it was a holiday. The next day, they replaced the compressor. Their price was incredibly reasonable. They were efficient, replaced the part in a timely manner, and were great overall. I would highly recommend their services and I plan to continue using them in the future.

The technician was courteous, prompt, and cheerfully explained everything to me.

The furnace stopped working late Saturday night. We called TJ Heating and Cooling Sunday morning. Jody came out within an hour of our call. He didn't find any major issues and did some routine service to get it going again. Before leaving he gave great advice on maintaining the system and made suggestions to prevent future problems.
