Rick came out to the house first and gave us an estimate. He also delivered to us used boxes (free) a few weeks before we moved to pack. There was no contract or deposit required in advance. The day before the move they called to confirm and said they'd be at the house between 8 and 10. They showed up at 8:30. It took them EXACTLY as long as they said it would. I got the feeling that they were working exactly as slow/fast as they needed to complete on the estimate. Not a thing was broken or scratched. They put everything where we wanted them to. Anything they took apart (beds, etc.) they put back together. They wrapped all of the furniture. They do want either a certified check or cash upon completion. No personal checks or credit cards.

The sales consultant, Rick Gilbert, was courteous and friendly. However, he underestimated the number of boxes needed by about a third and also greatly underestimated the total weight of the shipment. He provided boxes on time, and the shuttle service to the warehouse was on time and efficient. However, we received the shipment three weeks after pickup and four days after the contract date. Additionally, one pallet of boxes was left behind at the warehouse. A clothes wardrobe was crushed. Several furniture pieces had rub marks. The company shipped our remaining goods at their expense and reimbursed us a token amount for the delay.
