SIGNATURE LIGHTING

A lightning strike at our home caused damage to our computerized lighting system. The original manufacrurer was no longer in business (they were purchased by another company). We contacted several local companies that specialize in computerized home lighting systems. In each case they cam back with quotes that required that we replace the entire system. The cost of a new system ran around $30,000. Our electrician was able to locate Signature Lighting Controls from Savant (the company that purchased the original manufacturer). Signature Lighting Controls did a complete assessment of our system (without charge) and determined what needed to be repaired and replaced. They provided us with a detailed proposal for parts, labor and programming. The price was less than half the cost of a complete system replacement. Signature Lighting Controls' programmer, Christine, came to our home to learn how the original system was programmed. She asked if there were any changes we would like to make, made some suggestions and explained how the new system would work. She was here along with Matt for the installation (which took several days to complete) to ensure everything was working to our satisfaction. As with any computer-based system, we had a few bugs in the programming. Matt from Signature Lighting Controls made the necessary fixes in a prompt and professional manner and provided documentation of our system as well as a copy of the program for our records. It was a pleasure working with everyone at Signature Lighting Controls over the past several months.
