Quality, price and customer service were great. Juan was patient and friendly showing me the marble slabs until I picked one I liked. The measurement and installation process went smoothly. The one seam in the kitchen is almost invisible. You really have to look to find it. The sinks were included in the price. I get many compliments on my new granite and I just love it. I am very satisfied with Rosy's and would recommend them to others.

My existing kitchen cabinets were not level and required some shimming. Job took about 5 hours and everything looks perfect. Installers were very friendly and professional. The seam is barley noticeable and mostly because I know it's there. The installers also cleaned up after the job.
Juan in the office was very helpful and took the extra time to show us numerous stones on two separate visits along with a few inquiring phone calls.
All in all. we are very pleased with the work performed and our new counters.

I contacted Rosy's at the recommendation of my trusted general contractor who uses them all the time. He said they'd do a great job for a good price - and he was right! Rosy's customer service is top notch. Juan, Jose and all the guys were friendly, helpful, and great at accommodating our schedule. They showed up exactly when they said they would and fabricated the countertops and backsplash to fit our old house perfectly.

They have a great attention to detail. One example is the backsplash in our kitchen. There is a low-set window over one countertop. Because it is an old house (1852) the windowsill is not quite level (off by a fraction of an inch from end to end). Because the sill is low the granite backsplash needed to be notched at the window. They guys knew enough to cut the notch parallel with the window sill that it showed an equal amount of window sill. Had they cut it completely level an uneven amount of the sill would have showed over the top and would have made the window look uneven - a subtle but important detail!

Overall the countertops look amazing and were installed promptly and properly. And all for a great price - better than we could find anywhere else! I am generally a very picky customer with high expectations. It takes a lot for me to recommend a service provider - and I would highly recommend Rosy's.

A couple of pieces of stone that they put in cracked but we were told that the stone cracks quite often. It is really an impressive stone and has quite a few different types of material in it so it may have cracked because of the stone itself. The people were good. When they said they were going to be here they were. The price was fair. It was good. I was talking to a realtor and he said that it wasn't unusual for people to actually have to sign saying they know there is a risk that the stone might crack. We are not sure we would use them again.

Workers were great. However, the fact that there was a huge miscommunication between the contractor and Rosey's I was stuck with granite that I did not order am not happy with. They also did not finish the job and I am am still waiting on the final piece to be installed.

Jose was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. I went to the showroom on Sat. 6/19. I was shown various slabs of granite and was given a price quote right on the spot (I did bring a detailed drawing of the kitchen and the counter dimensions). The following Monday (2 days later) I went back with my husband so he could see the granite live. We called Jose the next morning after reviewing samples at home and he came out to measure that night. I was planning to host a large gathering for July 4th and really wanted the new countertop in place before that. Jose went out of his way to accomodate my tight timeline. The job was completed in about 4 1/2 hours on Tues. the 29th and it came out beautifully! I highly recommend Rosy's to anyone looking for great, trustworthy service at a great price!

It went very smoothly and extremely well. Jose is a very nice person and a joy to do business with. He stuck to the quote he gave us 4 months prior and didn't charge us extra for additional things he ended up doing. He didn't charge us for installing the 4 sinks we purchased from him. I have no hesitation recommending him. We love our granite.

They are very inexpensive. They had the lowest price I could get, and their work was perfect. We had no problems whatsoever. Everything was done how it was supposed to be done. They did everything I would expect from a good company. I would recommend them.
