Maria Scippa

The whole experience with her was a nightmare. She did not show up in the house showing twice. She lied about the house we saw. She did not tell us that the developer (who turned out to be her father) was in a legal trouble with the city. There were serious questions about the quality of the houses he built in the same complex, which she did not disclose. She is the condo manager her father "appointed." According to what I heard, Maria is awful as a manager. She has not acted in the best interests of the owners. She has consistently not appeared at annual and other condo meetings which she has called. She has drained the condo associations bank accounts and has failed to provide the owners with a proper accounting as she is paid to do. This involves property which she is currently attempting to sell to the public.
