My Dad first did business with B-Dry back in 1992 when he had a small section of the finished basement covered by B-Dry and a sub pump installed. He has NEVER had a problem with that section of the basement since! The past few years water has been an issue in another part of the basement - which came to a head a few weeks ago. We contacted Don who came out to provide a free assessment and quick quote for us to schedule the work. It then went to another level with extremely heavy rains resulting in the family all jumping in to help my dad - spending 24 hrs vacuuming water non stop and the entire weekend monitoring wet vacs and pumps. After reaching out to Don to see if we could move the work up, Sydney came out to witness the predicament we were in. Within 24 hrs, Sydney put together a crew and they came out the next day. He and his crew of two additional men did an amazing job in 2.25 days of work! Extremely professional, very tidy and conscientious team from start to finish! The work was done ahead of schedule and handled professionally. So far, my basement has remained dry even with all the rain we have been experiencing. We are very happy with the outcome.

The battery pack-up was installed quickly and tested under conditions of a simulated power failure. The service provider was professional and explained clearly how the battery would work in a power failure. This is the second time working with this company and I have been impressed by the quality of their service.

I've had major issues with my water in my basement since I moved in. It was getting out of control and I was on a tight budget. I got quotes from close to 5 different companies. B dry gave me the best price, by far. They didn't add unnecessary pipes or create any more sump holes to jack up the cost. They took a look at the project and determined what needed to be done at a very fair price. The day they were supposed to come we were due to get hit with a huge storm. They called me ahead of time and asked if they could come a day in advance. They brought a double sized crew so they could get a 2 day job done in only 1, and boom done. They were very polite and worked extremely hard. The finished product looked great and I haven't had a drop of water since.

I loved working with B-Dry. They are prompt, professional and do what they say. French drain systems are expensive, but when I saw how much work went into it, I felt like the price they charged was reasonable. I could not recommend them more highly. I would definitely work with them again.

The owner, office staff, and foreman were very responsive, and answered all my questions. The contract that was provided was detailed. I thought the owner did a thorough job in assessing what was needed, both inside and out. Aside from the french drain, the system has a sump pump, a back-up sump pump, and a battery back-up. They also installed a floor drain at the bottom of the bulkhead, and installed extra membrane (membrane higher up on 2 walls) because of the poor condition of the walls. The exterior discharge is about 10' away from the house in the backyard into a lawn canister. The work went smoothly; there were no issues. The crew and crew foreman worked diligently, and arrived promptly on both days. The area was left fairly clean at the end of the job, although there is some residual concrete dust on the floor. The job itself appears very neat. I do need to replace floor tiles after the french drain installation, but I was apprised of this upfront. I feel confident that the system should solve my flooding basement problem, but have not had the opportunity to test it out. I believe if there were to be any issues, B-dry would come back to remedy them. In fact, the supervisor scheduled an appointment after completion of the job to move the washer and dryer back against the wall, to inspect the job, and answer any of my final questions and concerns. Prior to hiring B-dry, I got 2 other quotes. One of the other companies had a similar system and similar price, but I decided to go with B-dry because it seemed that their method was a little less destructive to the basement, their references were good, and they have been around a long time. I would just mention that the drain system has a lifetime warranty. The sump pumps have a 1 year warranty. Water from areas not included in a job plan (i.e. seepage through a window) is not covered.

All went well from start to finish. The estimator, Bill Clayton, was professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and wrote a detailed estimate. Office personnel were pleasant, informed, and responsive. Crew showed up when scheduled and worked carefully. Even though the work took far longer than B-Dry expected because of underground ledge, they worked diligently until the job was complete and didn't charge more than the agreed price. B-Dry made sure to contain and thoroughly clean up the great deal of dust they created. B-Dry's project superintendent, Carlos, communicated well, was most pleasant and did outstanding work. The finished product is outstanding.

Very well. A crew of two showed up as scheduled and worked very efficiently so the whole job was finished by the end of the day. The workmanship was excellent and the whole work area was cleaned up and all debris was removed. The crew chief made a good suggestion on where to install the outlet pipe. I was very happy with the installation and I am a fussy retired engineer that want everything to look good and work well. As luck would have it, we had heavy rains the night after the installation and because of the wet weather we had a high water-table. The system worked very well and I monitored it for the next few days until the water-table was back down and the pump no longer needed to operate. A very good job done and a satisfied customer. They were prompt. Worked well with the contractor and tried to schedule their work so that it didn't hold up the overall project.

Given the stated goal was to finish my basement, I would have expected more knowledge about how to finish system installation to best facilitate basement finishing.

It went perfect, the crew came 10 minutes earlier every day to make sure everything was fine. They drained the water, installed the system and everything in 2 days. Very profesional, they explained every step of the work and how things were being performed.

I had the good fortune of having B-Dry waterproof my basement. They provided a reasonable estimate and installed one sump pump with two pumps and French drains around the perimeter of my basement. The work was do very well and in a timely manner (just TWO days). I was very pleased with excellent work that B-Dry provides. The site was left clean and the workers covered all of my belongings with drop cloth. The customer service I received on the phone from Jackie was top notch. I would not have this type of work done with anyone else but B-Dry. Lastly, their service is warrantied for the duration of the home not just the owner. Make the right choice and use B-Dry!

Bill was quick to return calls and came to see our basement promptly. I remember the same from when we had B-Dry do another area of our basement years before. Scheduling the job was easy, and they showed up on time and started work promptly. Luis was our site foreman. He was very polite and took time to explain the job before starting work and finished the day by going over the entire install with me. The crew left everything nice and neat, almost impossible to believe after 7 hours of jack-hammering! The other half of our basement had the same exact waterproofing installed several years ago and hasn’t spilled a drop.

I could not have asked for a more professional experience all-around.  Starting with our estimate, Don Fraser was fair and honest about the job.  He followed up, but was not pushy.  He was insistent on not cutting any corners on the job, but was able to consider cost and our needs.  I had to delay the job for personal reasons and they were very accommodating.  When the job began the team worked two long and hard days.  After seeing this job through completion, I now understand the level of professionalism that it takes to complete it.  The crew were true craftsmen and have unbelievable precision with very powerful tools.  The amount of concrete that was moved in and out of my place was astounding.  The team that was on site even made improvements that were not in the original plan, once they opened up the floor and saw what they were dealing with.  I commented to the team, multiple times, how impressed I was with them.  They worked in an extremely neat and expeditious manner, given that this is a very dirty job.  They hung plastic, floor to ceiling, and protected all of our valuables.  I really can't say enough about B-Dry and would use them for other services, without question.  This was the most professional organization that I have invited into my home to perform work.  A huge thank you to the whole team for making a dry basement a certainty in my house.  It will really add to the value of our home forever.

From the start of the process, everyone we worked with was helpful, courteous and professional. The quote we received was timely and reasonable, the office staff was very patient (we had to reschedule a few times on our end) and the workmen were very hardworking and professional. The job took three days, which included digging the drainage channel, installing the draining system and the two sump pumps and covering the drainage channel with concrete. The workers also shifted items that were in their way, covered items in the basement with plastic, so everything wouldn't get covered with dust and cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed. So far the system seems to be working fine. Though it was dry this summer, we would most likely have gotten water over this past weekend after all the rain we had. So far, no sign of any water! I would highly recommend B-Dry based on our experience.

After the initial phone call to B-Dry they made a prompt appointment to look at the project. In making a decision, I called them at least once, and they came out an additional two times to look at the area and discuss the project. After I gave them the job, they were able to schedule the work within a few weeks. The work was done within the time they said it would take. All the men who came to do the work were very nice and the foreman was very knowledgeable. They cleaned up after the work was done.

The whole process went very well.  A crew of about eight guys began on Day 1 by jackhammering around the foundation of my house.  Day 2 consisted of filling the trenches they created with rocks and then placing concrete over the top of the interior french drains all around the edges. BDry sent the same four man crew from Days 2-5 and they were very hard working and quiet.  When I did have a problem, the owner sent over his foreman and repaired it at his expense.  B-Dry is the only company I would entrust to do such an extensive repair and I'm NEVER going to worry about having a wet basement during rainstorms again.  Wish I'd done it YEARS sooner!!

We couldn't be happier with the work B-Dry did. They were on time, professional, answered all of our questions, kept our basement clean, and understood that after their project we would be refinishing our basement. They put in a french drain, new sump pump system, along with a backup battery. They were the best price around, and really worked with our schedule.
