Anthony Rafferty and Son

My house was hit by lightning and my garage door opener got fried!  When I was having difficulty getting a company to respond to my requests for an estimate a friend suggested Tony.  Am I ever glad that she did!  What a wonderful experience I had working with him.  I felt uneasy because I didn't want to buy a motor if I didn't need one - after all, I thought it might have just been the electric eye that shorted out.  I sent an email to Tony - who works with his wife - she answers the emails.  And they suggested a few things to try before he came out - unfortunately none of them worked.  Since my friend had Tony do work for her and had raved about how wonderful he was I felt comfortable just leaving the garage door unlocked the day he was there to take a look.  Not only was he able to get the motor fixed but he also braced the top panel of the garage door which had bowed.  Tony got back to me the next day with choices for motors, options (to have a keyless keypad outside the door frame) and a price for bracing the door.  I made my choices and he was back within a week and got everything fixed.  He is amazing!  His wife wrote me that I could leave a check on the door and they wouldn't cash it until they knew I was happy with the work.  Except for the new motor and the brace on the door and keypad outside you would have never known he was even there!  Everything was all cleaned up and disposed of.  I cannot write enough about how happy I am to have found him to fix my garage door.  At the last minute I panicked because I forgot to check on the location of the keypad and he and his wife both got back to me and that got taken care of immediately.  I highly recommend Tony Rafferty and Son!
