By all accounts it went very well. There have been no problems with the drain since. He does a great job and his prices are much better than roto rooter. He even gave us a discount for paying cash. The downside, I called him twice this past week for a clogged drain in my tub, once on Friday and again on Saturday and he hasn't called back. I had to call another company, they unclogged the drain and in the process a pipe cracked and they were unable to repair the crack. We are unable to use our shower and no return call still from JA.
