Called in the morning, 30 minutes later a technician arrived. Within 30 minutes he had the system up and running, broken wire in the external condenser unit. Could not be more pleased.

I think their prices are fair and reasonable. My experience with them was very positive. He's responsive. He comes when I call him and he gets back to me. If I think I need something and I don't he pretty much says that it's overkill, so he's not ripping people off. The person who comes out is always the proprietor and he's fine. I like him very much. I haven't compared him to other people, but I've never felt the need to do that.
