Mattresses
I contacted customer service, told them what was happeneing, and they verified that I need two new remotes and a new firmness control system that controls both sides. They stated they will send it to me with complete instructions to install it. This involves removing the control apparatus from under the bed frame, removing the mattresses from the frame, removing air hoses, installing the new apparatus, and reconnecting the air hoses. There is no way I can do this, as I am 76 and my husband is 81. The initial installation took two trained men to install. I asked if they could send someone out and they said they would do so for $180, which I thought was outrageous. I am still unsure if I have to pay for the remotes and firmness control system, or if this is covered in my 5-year warranty, for which I paid extra.
