Steven was great! His years of experience is definitely shown in his explanations and while he works. As a first time homebuyer, he was very informative, patient answering all of our questions, and even gave us tips and recommendations that we will definitely be implementing! He is very punctual, arriving at the house even earlier and starting the inspection promptly. He is very experienced and shared valuable house-maintenance knowledge with us. After the inspection, he emailed me the report the next day. It was a great experience working with him.

He was flexible, prompt, and offered good advice we need to know before hiring a contractor. The only reason it is not a perfect review was that I was expecting a little more via the written feedback/report. I would definitely refer him and rehire him for future inspections.
