It was on warranty, so I didn’t have to pay anything. They were very good, so A’s all around. I will use them again. I have to schedule an appointment actually.

The salespeople were great, but the delivery people were a little crazy. I don?t think that they are Sears employee?s anymore. They are outsourcing their deliveries. I am against outsourcing these jobs.
They couldn?t get the dishwasher into the spot because they couldn?t get the old one out. That wasn?t a big deal because it wasn?t their fault. He spent more time telling me to give him a 10 on the survey that Sears was going to give me, instead of making the dishwasher fit. He was literally telling me about the child support payments he had to make. I felt a little uncomfortable.
The appliances work absolutely fine. I did have an issue with the billing, and they fixed it right away. I have and would use Sears again.
