We went on a service plan with them because they show up when they say they are going to and they do quality work that they basically guarantee. It was worth going on a service plan with them on our over which is high end because the guy said if he had to come back and fix them again, he would. The service plan at 90 dollars a year makes sense. Its outstanding, we've been using them for years. Once products are off warranty they are the only people I call.
