Lawn-Pro Lawncare Service, Inc. is privately owned and operated, we are not a large volume franchise operation, therefore we can readily provide you with personalized, quality lawncare at a very affordable cost. Lawn-Pro will furnish you with a staff of professionals who bring with them over 25 years of experience and education in the lawncare industry. Lawn-Pro incorporates the use of natural based, granular fertilizers in all of our programs. Granules offer a more precise rate of nutrient release to your lawn, which encourages optimum results in the form of a greener, healthier lawn. All of our lawncare programs include integrated pest management (IPM) techniques which are cultural practices designed to significantly reduce control material use on your lawn. Our program builds healthier turf, which promotes a built-in natural defense against weed and pest infestation. "Thank you so much for your kind response and your valued patronage. In this day and age of electronic media, often times the ONLY responses given are those who have an issue with their services. As with ALL service provider companies, there sometimes will be an issue that arises. However, we at Lawn-Pro would like you to know that we are the leading, service oriented lawncare company in the area and we pride ourselves on fast, courteous service to make every effort that the customer is pleased with the final results. "We serviced your property for the entire 2014 season for Flea and Tick Control (May 2014 to Oct 2014) without ANY service requests or complaints at all. Then on May 5, 2015 we returned to start your 2015 service and we applied the first Flea and Tick application of the season. You contacted our office and wanted to cancel, we cancelled your account immediately. There was NO request nor concern stated other than you wished to cancel the service. Our policy with ALL of our clients is to provide the service to your property to your satisfaction. If that means re-applying at NO CHARGE, then we will do that. You never requested that we attempt to resolve the issue. We would prefer a fair chance to address your issue rather than communicate with you through a public forum about an issue that could have been easily resolved."
This was our first season with Lawn-Pro and we were not satisfied with the service. After the first application, we didn't think they had applied any substantial amount of material. We called to inquire and our concerns were dismissed. We had the same impression of each treatment: the person would take a quick walk around the yard with a spreader leaving amounts of material that were barely detectable. We were not surprised that the treatments had no effect on the lawn.
After I wrote a negative review, the people at Lawn-Pro were very responsive and offered several additional services, at no cost, to remedy the situation. I appreciate their response, but declined the additional services. We will try something else next year.

As you may be aware, Lawn-Pro is a privately owned business in operation for over 20 years, we service ALL of our clients in a thorough and comprehensive manner to assure that any issues are resolved to the customers full satisfaction. I have not noticed any service requests from you on this account over this past season, so this is the first that we are hearing of your concerns. We will had a service manager check your lawn this week and address your concerns. Also, please note, with regard to lime, it is a grey pellet that is very difficult to notice as we state in our application pamphlet that is left with each application. Sorry about your experience, but as you noticed we did respond immediately to your first and ONLY concern. We appreciate your business and would be happy to service your lawn again."
