I e-mailed them to ask about maintenance for my generator since I am now handicapped and cannot do it myself anymore. Mr. Casale called and explained what he would do and the approximate cost. An appointment was made and kept. The work was performed as outlined and the cost was within the quoted limits. All in all it was a very satisfactory transaction.
Description of Work: Annual service was performed on my generator - oil and filter changed, voltage and Hertz adjusted. Unit then tested to be sure it was operating automatically in the event of a power outage.
