Just a heads up that this organization does not do recalibration of rearview cameras. Most glass companies do and this company does not and did not care to tell me this until after I brought my car in. They were well aware that I had a vehicle that needed this, and did not address it until they were about to take the windshield off. If you don’t go to a place. That can recalibrate after the windshield is replaced then you will have to pay out-of-pocket or ask for insurance to reimburse you. It is a big hassle. I truly do not feel that the manager was upfront about this, and just wanted my business and didn’t care how it impacted me. I do not recommend going here. Try any other place.

My Prius' windshield had a crack that required either repair or the entire replacement of the glass. I called Bristol, arrangements were made for the serviceman to pick up the car at my home. He was punctual and professional. He gave me all pertinent information regarding the company's routine for handling the insurance claim (Bristol did all of that!) and when I would get the car back. In the afternoon, the car was returned on time (I was called first) and any advice regarding the next 24 hours of driving was given to me.
All stickers were in place, the speedpass for tolls was not forgotten. I was totally impressed with the service and the product! Exceptional.
