BEST KITCHENS INC

Ordered the kitchen cabinets on May 3, paid 50% up front, on June 9, they removed old cabinets and moved them outdoors on my lawn, they were to pick up next day and deliver new cabinets and install, paid 25% per agreement. On June 11 after not hearing from them, went to there location and the State had seized the property for failure to pay taxes. Finally got a hold of Bill Baxter and was told it was a temporary problem that they would work the out the problem and finish the job, on July 18, he informed me they were out of business and told me I would get a refund. I never received a check and Bill Baxter has stopped returning phone calls. So after paying $7500 and disposing of my old kitchen cabinets myself, I called Kitchen Sales in Bridgewater and they got my kitchen installed in less than a month at a lower price than Bill Baxter's quote, they are a professional outfit. Bill Baxter is working in the industry somewhere.

His store was closed and the other company told us that he was not their representative. I never received my order and had to contact the police. I did call him and he told me that he had other problems. I sent him a registered letter and he would not sign for it. The case is going to court. The police filed charges.
