ALL-PRO CHIMNEY SWEEPS

I called for an estimte to have a wood insert installed and a stainless steel liner for the chimney. Tim promptly returned the call and set up a time to review the chimney. I had a used insert so wanted a permit. He had to deal with the building inspector who wanted more documents than usually required but finally got the permit. After setting another time to install the stove and liner, we discovered the fireplace was oddly shaped so the liner wouldn't match to the insert opening. He contacted a company to make a custom piece to allow the gases to exhaust properly and link to the liner. He had to come back the next week and installed the wood insert. I was kept informed throughout the process and the job was completed as promised. I would definitely recommend All-Pro for any chimney related jobs you may require.

THE WORK THIS COMPANY DID TO THE CAP OF MY CHIMNEY DETERIORATED WITHIN THREE MONTHS. I CALLED TO TELL THEM AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE. THE ORIGINAL WORK LOOKED GOOD, BUT CONCRETE SHOULD NOT BREAK DOWN LIKE IT DID.
