 + -1 moreHe actually did the work years ago when it was wood, now I want to go with vinyl. We looked at stuff inside the house, we decided not to do the windows. About 10 days later I got the estimate. He's real busy, it's just a one or two man company.
Description of Work: I last used Silva Lightning Builders to get a quote end of last month. They are going to remove some old railings and put up some new railing and patch some vinyl on the house.

 + 0 moreHe is a fantastic contractor and he is very good. He has done work on my house before. I will not go with anyone else. He is very meticulous and cleans up after himself. He does the work on the time line that he says. He will come back and make sure that everything is working right. If I do not like something, he will come back and fix it. That has happened only once.
Description of Work: Silva Lightening Builders gave me an estimate on some jobs I want done. The quote was free.

 + 0 moremanny was prompt in his return calls, never had to reschedule and showed up everyday at 8am. He takes pride in his craft, and is impeccably clean.
Description of Work: I had a completely new front porch built by Manny, as well as a smaller set of stairs for the back door. He was meticulous in his work, super clean and prompt. It is now 8 years later and I am still as pleased as I was the with his work,now. I have called him to give an estimate on some inside work we need done so I am looking forward to working with Manny again.
