Kyle, the service person was exemplary!!!!
He was patient, knowledgeable, and very gracious with my myriad of requests for more and more information. I would use Reid again, primarily for Kyle's service. I can't say enough!

Overall the job was done well. It took almost the entire day and 2 technicians (one of them was the company owner) to fix the equipment. However, there were many problems with the electrical components of the HVAC Carrier Infinity equipment due to unexpected power failure. The technicians had to replace computer control module, transformer, digital thermostat and DC motor. All of these components have failed.
The company owner is very competent and experienced HVAC technician. Both technicians were very professional and responsive.

THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT REID HAS PERFORMED FOR US HAS BEEN GOOD. WE'VE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH SHOTTY WORKMANSHIP, UNPROFESSIONAL OR ANYTHING ELSE. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT CAME THIS SUMMER WHEN WE WERE HAVE ISSUES WITH OUR AC AND THEY CALLED TO CANCEL OUR SERVICE CALL. WE THEN CALLED AND TRIED TO RESCHEDULE AND THE WOMAN SAID SHE WOULD DO HER BEST TO FIT US IN. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK. WE ENDED UP USING SOMEONE ELSE.
