custom cabinets
+ -1 moreJohn and Paul from PrideCraft are fantastic to work with. They are the owners, and it is clear right away that their main objective it to make sure everything comes out perfectly. Like most cabinet companies, they are able to take a design and enter it into their CAD program so you can see the design in 3D, but their system actually cuts the cabinets specifically to your measurements - nothing to chance! I can't tell you how comforting it is to be able to go to their shop and see everything being made. They even arrange the completed kitchen in their shop to make sure every detail is correct prior to applying the finish. PrideCraft also has a custom finishing center - they can provide and match to any color and glaze. They will provide you exactly what you want! So very impressive - a hidden gem of a company!
Description of Work: PrideCraft's artisans built the most amazing cabinets to complete my vision of an ideal kitchen! The details were amazing. The wall cabinets were made in cherry with a warm honey finish. They have beaded in-set drawers and doors, some with custom glass doors - the glass style is called vecchio - Italian word for old. The nine foot, two tiered island was painted in a buttercream finish with a caramel glaze, and PrideCraft shaped a curved counter made from Brazilian Cherry to complete the look. The grain on the counter is a magnificent focal on the piece - and makes for a beautiful place for friends and family to gather. PrideCraft was able to create every type of custom piece I had wanted. They built an integrated appliance garage so we can use our toaster and waffle maker without moving them. They also built integrated wood valences, a beautiful stand alone bar unit, and enough molding to wrap the entire kitchen! Pictures of this kitchen can be seen on their website.
