Window cleaning service was performed on 05/20/2015, after the crew left I had time to inspect the work that was done. While the windows were very clean, most of the screens hadn't been touched and had plenty of visible dirt on the screening as well as
the frames. I've left three voice mails for them over the last week but none of my calls have been returned.
Update: On my last voice mail I let them know that if I didn't hear from them within the next 36 hours I would contact the Better Business Bureau. True to my word, I contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint. Two business days later I received a call from one of the work crew asking if they could come back and finish the job. A couple of days later a member of the crew came and finished the job, cleaning the screens that were missed, 14 out of 16.
I am happy with the outcome, but can say that I will not be hiring Paneless again..... it certainly was not painless.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. VERY PROMPT WITH THE ESTIMATE. CLEANED SOME VERY DIRTY WINDOWS AND MADE THEM SHINE. WE PLAN ON HIRING THEM AGAIN TO POWERWASH OUR DECK IN THE SPRING.

The guys they hire are very nice and work quickly. they wash out the screens with the hose, also. i only give them a B in quality because they left a few rags laying around.

Get more than one estimate and get everything in writing before having anything done in your home. My suggestion to them is to get covers for their shoes.; I did ask them to take off their shoes and they did.
