Lemonias Development

The Lemonias brothers come off a smooth Contractor, but when you start working with them, you start to realize how they nickel and dime for every single work. It has been a few years since our renovation work has been completed and what I can say is that we are so disappointed in their work simply because they rushed everything and now we are starting to see the results, I definitely do not recommend anybody work with them as we made a huge mistake.

We recently completed a renovation of our kitchen and two bathrooms with Lemonias Development. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the how this reno progressed and with the final result. John and Peter Lemonias are true professionals, friendly, courteous, and easy to work. They kept the project on time and on budget. They were quick to answer any questions or concerns, texts to them were always answered same day, if not with minutes. All their tradesmen and subcontractors were punctual and professional as well. One of the brothers was always on hand with the subs to be certain things were done right. These types of reno projects are difficult by nature, but they made it easier – our highest recommendation for them.

We could not be happier with the results. John and Peter and their team were incredibly responsive, incredibly professional, and did incredible work! Down to the very last outlet cover and paint touch-up, they made sure our house was everything we wanted it to be. On top of that, they stayed on budget and on time, even though our time frame was demanding. Overall, this was a wonderful experience working with John and Peter Lemonias.
