Jason Elliott showed up on time, was very thorough including pumping out the bottom sludge (which requires scrubbing and back-flushing) and properly replaced the cover. He was very professional and friendly and described the state of the system thoroughly. He owns the business and it shows. Sends out a reminder every two years with a quote. Easy to do business with.

The company provided me a very prompt response, including price quote during my first call. The pump truck arrived right on time. Unlike others I've employed in the past, he did not need to cross my lawn, as he had long pipes on board the truck that ran well over 100 feet. The work was professional, and was reasonably priced. All of my questions were answered. I would without hesitation recommend Jason Elliott Pumping to everyone in our local area needing septic tank pumping.
