Auto Glass
A crack showed up in the windshield on Wednesday. On Thursday at 10:30 am I called Giant Glass to schedule an appointment. I was a bit concerned because my van needed to pass inspection by 9/30 and wouldn't pass with a cracked windshield. The woman on the phone was very pleasant. After checking with the glass people she told me that they would be able to come to my house between 11 and 3 and replace the glass. I left to do a few errands. When I returned at 1pm I found my van with a brand new windshield installed. Painless for me as they billed my car insurance company directly. I would call that pretty fantastic service to have a windshield completely installed less than 3 hours after my initial call.
