I went to their location in North Andover on Route 114 to make the transaction, the Quotation process was professional and accurate. I was told their queue was 8 weeks and they hit their date. I was contacted a week before the installation to confirm the build order. The 3-man crew arrived within the 2 hour window that they promised and installed the shed in 2 hours. Very professional and high quality construction. Everything was exactly as ordered and as was shown in their catalog and in their demo area in North Andover.

They showed up for the quote appointment on time and were really great about providing advice on roof and siding colors. Installation day, they showed up on time and had the shed up quickly. It looks awesome. A piece of the siding cracked during transport, but the company sent a tech out two mornings later and replaced the piece with a brand new one.

Kevin came out to my house to help me with some questions I had. He was a great guy, taking his time to help with the location of my shed, talk about different models and options, pricing, and did not pressure me into anything at all. I decided on Eastern after looking around at other companies and they had the best prices too! They came and installed the shed in the time frame I was given and did an awesome job. I'm extremely happy with my shed and the whole process. I got a high quality shed at a good price. I would recommend Eastern Shed to anyone looking to build a new shed.

Excellent experience--color match of the siding to my house color was dead on, and the roofing shingles were the same as what I just used on my home. Extras were reasonably priced and well worth the money. Build quality was superior to some of the competition, and quoted delivery time was better. The installers were professional and diligent. They noticed a small dent in one row of the vinyl siding and they replaced that section before they left.

The shed I ordered from Eastern Shed was installed on Tuesday 9/20/16 and I am thrilled about it, although its already full of items I should have thrown away. I had researched many companies and read a lot of reviews and came down to Eastern Shed and another company. . Both prices for the shed and options I wanted were competitive with each other, however I chose Eastern Shed because the same options I chose were a lot lower in price than the other company, in addition to not trying to sell me something I may not need. When I reviewed everything with Eastern Shed, I had asked about hurricane anchors which were $75 per pair and whether I needed 4, one in each corner and I was told they would do anything I wanted but it was really not needed due to the way the shed was built and how heavy it was. This really sold me on the company, the other company I received a quote from just added to the price. This told me Eastern Shed was sincere in providing customer satisfaction and not just trying to make an extra buck. I found the shed to be extremely well built and the installation was superb. The two man crew arrived as scheduled, actually a little earlier and I was amazed on how organized they were and their attention to detail. I watched the whole process from my upstairs bedroom and could not believe how fast the installation took, just as your the rep stated about 1 1/2 hrs. The ordering experience of the shed was great.  They said 5 week lead time it was ready in 3 weeks.  The crew showed up when they said they would. They erected the shed in 3 hours. A professional crew. The shed was exactly how we ordered it. It was very good quality.   4 days later we had a major winter storm with rain - no leaks! I would recommend Eastern Shed to anybody looking to put shed on their property.

They did a fine job. I couldn't say enough about them. They did outstanding work and I have never seen 2 guys work better together. They did all the work in one day. They dismantled my old shed and put up the new one. If anyone ever needed a new shed I would certainly recommend them.

The installation crew did a wonderful job. Everything was very well done. The staff was very good at what they do and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They built a great shed and we love it.
