Our focus is to empower our clients by helping them make informed and educated decisions with respect to home entertainment solutions. We take the time to listen to our clients entertainment needs and advise them through every step of the process. One of the key ways we achieve this is to offer a free in-home consultation so that we can discuss our clients needs and desires in the comfort of their own home. From that point we provide our clients with a comprehensive and detailed quote that will be fully transparent and explained in a non-technical manner. Once we nail down exactly what works for you, we move on to the fun part, the installation which is just about the final step before you start to enjoy your new technology! Even though our core competency is in Home Entertainment, our breadth of services include electrical and custom carpentry services due to our long time affiliation with our trusted business colleagues that have assisted us since our days at Tweeter! We are extremely happy with the AV surround sound system installed by Carlos, Audio-Video Alternatives, LLC. Carlos is very knowledgeable regarding Audio-Video components, and was able to explain my options to either repair or replace the existing system we had. We chose to replace. Carlos also was very patient with us after installation, explaining how the system worked. I feel confident that he will be available after installation to help us should we experience any issues or have further questions.

Outstanding - complicated installation in existing great room with large stone fireplace. Carlos and team were able to mount the TV on the stone and route the wiring in the mortar joints to make them nearly invisible. The initial wireless wall speakers didn’t perform well and Carlos Removed them and installed built-in wires surround sound speakers and system has worked flawlessly. Thorough and committed to customer satisfaction and making things right.

Carlos is an absolute pro, and just one of the friendliest people you'll meet to boot! He was very responsive in getting back to me after initial contact, and was very thorough in his assessment. He took the time to ask relevant followup questions. He was also one of the few installers I contacted that was willing to work with with customer-provided equipment. I understand it's lucrative to work with wholesalers and retailers to provide equipment for these installations, but if you've already done the research, and have bought exactly what you want... it's frustrating to meet installer after installer that won't even entertain doing an installation for equipment they didn't provide. At any rate, Carlos was very patient and professional, providing recommendations based on my situation. Absolute top notch work! I'm listening to the system now, and it sounds fantastic! [Member Name Removed], you are correct that most if not all companies will not entertain doing work for someone unless they get all the equipment from them. When I am confronted with this scenario, I always recall a personal situation I had years ago when a water pump in my house went south and I needed to replace it. I did my research and ultimately went to FW Webb and bought the one I found in my research. The problem was that I needed a plumber to install it. And that's when the "fun" started. Long story short, I finally found an awesome plumber to come install it but it took countless phone calls to find a qualified person to do it. Since then, I have utilized his services a number of times since then and have referred him to my neighbors and family members! Enjoy the system!!"

These guys are absolutely top-notch. They take the time to understand our needs and preferences, and propose complete solutions with all the necessary equipment, cabling, etc. They explain their approach for installation BEFORE they start. They are extremely punctual, and communicate well. They return phone calls promptly. When they are at the house doing installation work, they are very professional, and clean up after their work. The hardest part of the installation seems to be programming the custom remotes. The multitude of different equipment brands they configure into these systems requires meticulous remote programming. A couple of times when we found minor issues with the remotes, they came back out for no additional cost and adjusted them until they worked perfectly. Overall, we can't think of how Carlos and his team could do a better job. You can rest easy if you hire them - you'll be in great hands!

Carlos was fanstastic. He is super knowledgeable and helped us pick an entertainment system for our basement. He not only counseled is on what to purchase, he secured all of the electronics and installed them. He was professional, responsive, and does excellent work. We were so impressed with his work that we hired him to put in an outdoor entertainment system for us as well. Highly recommend.

Went very well Carlos and his son did a great job helping me select a new tv and components to upgrade my set in the basement. Everything was done properly and he spent time really instruction on using it and provided a checklist in case I forget the steps. He also made a couple of suggestions for future upgrades without being pushy. And he removed a REALLY heavy plasma. He’s very personable and professional
