I called yesterday to make an appointment, and was given several time options. He arrived during the appointed time.
Would have been earlier if his GPS had not taken him over a longer route. He is a very pleasant person, told me I had
a good lock in place, and that his repair would take care of the problem.

John did a great job. He installed a dead bolt and keyed alike with the existing lock.
He drilled a hole in the door to accommodate the dead bolt and then cleaned up afterwards.
He also made a key for another lock that did not have one.
We were very happy.

We called John to come out and change the garage lock on a house we have just bought. He was prompt on time and had the lock out and change in about 5 minutes. I asked him for a quote to come back out to do the house locks as I hadn't requested that before hand and he offered to do them while he was there so I didn't have a second call out charge. All locks changed in about 10 mins at great price. Would absolutely use him again, he was friendly and courteous.

John arrived on time and came prepared with all the locks etc. He is extremely knowledgeable on replacing locks and did and excellent job for us. John made great suggestions and even keyed the new lock to lock on my other doors. His prices where very fair. John saved us on from not only having to carry around another key but also having to go an have additional keys made. I would Highly Recommend John for any of your Locksmith Needs. He also has a store right in North Andover, Ma located on Rt125. Thank You Again John for Outstanding Service.

It went very well. Provider had me test all the keys and if they were not perfect, he redid them.

I called for an appointment and was able to get one that week at a time that worked for me. The serviceman arrived on time, was pleasant and work done efficiently. If locksmith services are needed again I would use this same service.

John is very knowledgeable and does a great job. He always showed up on time and took care of all my concerns and requests. In addition, he noticed and fixed problems that I wasn't aware of, such as some door latches not lining up correctly.
