He did not complete the job - he still has another tree to do. The work that he does is excellent, but he doesn't show up when he says he will. Six times he said he was coming - but he didn't show. He eventually showed, but not the days that he says he will. He was paid the balance the last day that I saw him, and he left before completing the work. I have not seen him since. He has since taken on work for other people without completing the work I had paid him to do.
