MS. ALLEN IS VERY CREATIVE AND HAS SOME EXCELLENT IDEAS. HOWEVER, I DID NOT FEEL THAT SHE LISTENED FULLY WHEN WE DISCUSSED MY DESIGN REQUIREMENTS AND MANY DETAILS WE IGNORED OR OVERLOOKED OR REPRESENTED HER AGENDA FOR MY GARDEN RATHER THAN MINE. PLANS WERE NOT DELIVERED IN A TIMELY MANNER.
