I'm very satisfied with the service provided. I had a difficult job because the house hadn't been fully washed ever (12 years). There was significant green mildew on the north end above the garage where I could not get to. There was also visible dirt between the windows on the second floor.
Jim (owner) confirmed the appointment a day or two before arriving. On the day of the job they showed up on time. Jim's worker began to use a preassure washer high (from ladders) and low (from the ground). I have a 2000psi Sears pressure washer, but will not use it from laddrs.
I did complain that the dirt between the upper windows was not getting cleaned as promised, and told Jeremy if he could not do better then he should pack-up and go. He called Jim to let him know, and Jim instructed him to get on the ladder and hand scrub those areas. Jim also arrived back on site and told me they were there "to be sure I was satisfied."
The job they estimated at 3-4 hours took 6-7 hours to complete and they didn't charge me any extra.
I will defintiely call them again in a couple years.
