Lee was awesome. Called him in a panic as I turn the heat on and sparks flew out of base board heater. He told me make sure the thermostat was shut off and the that he would be here late morning. He showed up at 11am, installed the new one, cleaned up after himself, took all the old parts and was off. He was very courteous too.
