We needed a lot of glass for a custom enclosure. They took their time to assess (and measure) and leaned in with us to come up with something aesthetically pleasing that wouldn't crush our budget

They were very professional and efficient from start to finish. I called, he came the next day to measure and I had an estimate by the end of the day. The estimate came in below another company I had contacted and since they were so professional I went with NCG. It took the exact time they quoted for the door to come in and were here the next day installing. The guys who installed were nice and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves and were professional.

They were prompt and helpful through the estimation process and the price was competitive. Installers were quick and clean. Final product looks great - not much more you could ask for.

Came to measure window, ordered it and replaced it.

Window came back just like new.

The service was great!!  Wayne came out to take measurements while I was in the process of framing out the openings for the screens and door.  I informed him that I would be installing the screens and door myself.   He gave me a great tip regarding the exterior trim that saved me a lot of time once the screens arrived.  Came back a second time when exterior trim was completed and took measurements again. Took about 3 weeks to have them delivered to my home.  I would highly recommend Norfolk County Glass.

It went great.  They came and measured for a shower door a few days after we visited their shop.  They consulted on the type of hinges they thought we should get.   They ordered the door which took about 3 weeks.  As soon as it came in they came over and installed it in about 1 hour.  Very professional and the price was good.

The person who took our request via phone was very helpful. She spoke with us and then went back to speak with the folks who would actually be doing the job. They suggested making the glass a bit thicker than the original, which we did and were happy to have their expert opinion. They were able to tint it to match the other table we have and delivered it to us for an additional charge. They suggested we pick it up to avoid the delivery fee, which I appreciated, but we weren't able to do so. They delivered the piece on time, at the quoted price (which seemed very reasonable) and it was perfect. We're very happy and will use them again should the need arise.

After speaking with this company by phone to verify the type of screen repairs they do, I dropped the screen window off and was told it would be ready in one week.  The work was performed on time, at the original price quoted, and with excellent attention to detail, including replacing the plastic "tabs" that are used to facilitate removal of the screen from the window housing.

Completely satisfied with all aspects of this company's service, quality, and price...

They are good at what they do. They are high priced for the quality of the work.

Wayne came out to access the condition of my thermal pane windows to determine how many sashes needed to be replaced.  He offered two solutions, one where they did all the work, or I removed the sash, brought it to the shop, they replaced the glass and I pick up and re-install.  The second solution saved 30%, so I chose that one.  We worked out a loose schedule where I would bring in a few sashes a day early in the day and usually by noon they were ready for pickup.  I always got a call when they were ready. Just as an fyi, they were about 30% less than another local company.
I just used them again this week to replace a screen from a window in my parent's house, with the same great service.
I'm moving, but would make the trip when I need them again as it's worth the saving in $ and great service.

I answered this question above, but to restate, the project went very well. My wife and I are quite pleased with all aspects including the quality of work, price and cleanup. Many thanks to Wayne and his company, Norfolk County Glass, for a job well done.

I got a good price quote for the glass replacement. I brought the window sashes to the shop to be measured and checked out. They ordered the glass I needed which arrived when they said it would. When the glass came in I brought the sashes back for the work to be done. The work was completed before promised which was great. However, when I got the windows home I noticed scratches in one of them. On the other sash the wood was deformed. I brought both back to the shop to show them. They knew about the scratch but installed the glass anyway (what?!). The other sash trouble was a combination of some old caulk stuck in it and the wood being old. I think I should have been told about both things. When the new glass arrived I brought the sash back again. Again, the work was done quickly as promised. No scratch this time. However, the plastic pieces that hold the glass in we're not lined up exactly and overlapped in the corners which looked funny. I asked for them to be corrected.  The person did take them off and try to line it up better but didn't improve too much. That kind of poor workmanship disappointed me.

Very quick attention to the order, and the screens were ready for pickup on 4/20, so the process took less than a week to complete.

Went to NCG for for an independent estimate of cost.  Independent of the builder.  Installation went well and asked for special treament around the granite.  Went well after a follow-up visit.  Very professional from the estimate through the installer.

A great company to work with - first they actually came out and measured the window that lost its seal to make sure he had an accurate size. Several other dealers that were called wouldn't come out and the type of window was such that one would have to remove the mahogany casing to measure. A bit beyond my skills! Once the window came in he had his team come out and remove and replace the older window. They also took care of a slider we had been having problems with jamming. Replaced the track.
