Mike's Home Repair

Mike has done a lot of work for us over the years, from punch lists of small projects (sink disposal, ceiling tiles, plumbing), to larger jobs like refinishing our deck, rescreening our porch, installing sliders and renovating two bathrooms. He is dependable and knowledgeable. He explains his process, provides choices, and his prices are reasonable. We will miss having him in the area and wish him the best in NC.

Mike completed numerous projects at our home in Norfolk, MA, and we couldn’t have been happier with his work. He was always reliable, professional, and brought thoughtful suggestions to every task, from a full bathroom remodel to kitchen updates and various smaller projects in between. After hiring Mike first two times, when Other projects I needed done I would Contact Mike and just schedule the Work that was needed and not waste His time to price the job, His pricing was in my opinion for his expertise And his work ethic was better than Excellent. Knowing Mike gave me The peace of mind that when I had An issue with my house all I needef Was to contact Mike.

Mike responded quickly to email and phone calls and gave me a proposal and completed the job on the same day that I contacted him. His crew of two were courteous. Most importantly to me, they worked diligently and competently to protect the newly installed landscaping. I will use Mike s maintenance for yearly gutter cleaning. He is also giving me estimates on carpentry repairs.
