Residential Heating and Air Conditioning - We are proud to offer the Carrier Corp product as main components that we install. We are licensed and insured in the state of Massachusetts. We do install conventional a/c and heating systems along with the Unicco high velocity a/c and heating systems. We are also members of the MassSave CoolSmart Program which does offer, amazing rebates to the consumer. We have over 17 years in this field there is not a home that we cannot a/c or heat.

James Hansen and his laborers worked in a hurry (they have managed to complete the whole installation in one day), but they cut corners everywhere and did not provide the quality I had expected from a Carrier distributor.
Examples:
- they have attached air duct elements to the ceiling plaster with screws. Those got loose immediately, I had to reinforce the connections myself; - the air ducts in the attic were simply not tight, allowing the air out of the system and refrigerating my rooms and the attic;
- he didn't follow manufacturer's instructions when charging the system with refrigerant (this violates the whole idea of energy efficient setup). - they installed the system components sub-optimally (easy for them to install, but difficult for me to navigate the attic now);
- he broke the air filtering system, took it with him 'for exchange' and never returned it back. The system is not yet complete (after 8 months), although the hot part of the summer is over.
Update August 03, 2011:
He delivered filters to my house, I was not present, he left them at the door.
Update August 11, 2011:
started up the system without the installer.
Update October 14, 2011:
the system worked through the season quite well. I found weak air flow in one big room. The installer never contacted me for the issues he had promised to address.
