Chris and Roy are awesome! They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Roy came over to give a first assessment to our new addition. He offered some great suggestions and immediately felt comfortable with him and the company. Their prices are far and away the best, but aside from that they were very professional, responsive and did a fast and amazing job. They are definitely my go to electricians from now on. And of course kudos to Lisa for her responsiveness and helping to coordinate everything in a timely manner.

Roy was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, extremely informative when I kept asking about what variations were possible and just a good person to be around. He and Chris had the work done in the better part of a half-day. I would highly recommend his work and his prices are competitive.

Roy was professional and punctual. He came right out, fixed the issue and was willing to explain the problem and solution. The price was also very reasonable. I'm not sure if it's just his English accent but I think he is a very kind man too. I have already recommended him to all my local friends/family homeowners.

It went really well. The second part of the job was a bit more complicated than we had thought but he persevered easily without adjusting the price. Such a nice guy, felt so comfortable having him do the job. Would highly recommend him.

Roy Brooks has been the only electrician we have used and it's because of his experience, fair prices and professionalism. Each time he has come out he has been on time and prepared for the work that was expected. Additionally, he took the time to clean up after he was done. I couldn't be happier with the work he has done and would certainly call Roy for any future electrical work.

Roy, the electrician, was punctual and very attentive to all of my questions. He was a great resource to bounce ideas off and his level of expertise was evident by his answers, suggestions and honesty. He was able to complete the job on time and on budget. He never tried to sell me things I didn't need. Great personality, very personable yet professional. The work area was clean, no dust or plaster everywhere when he was done!

The owner Roy was very responsive, knowledgable and competitive with his pricing. He works very well with builders and homeowners to offer creative solutions and offers innovative ideas. He will explain things to people that are not electrical professionals in ways they can understand. We had 2 separate builders performing the renovation and addition work we have had done at our house and he completed both projects on time and on budget. The builders both raved about how good he was to work with and how hard it can be to find an electrician that will come in when they need them and get the job done right. We were so happy with him after our kitchen addition/remodel that we insisted on using him again last year when we used another builder to put an addition above our garage. If you hire him to do any work I promise you will not regret it.

Fantastic! Roy is a neighbor of mine, so it was no brainer to ask for his help when I needed to find an electrician. Roy arrived at my house a few minutes early and was professional and courteous through out his entire stay. He took time to discuss the project details and listened to my requests and concerns. Once he got started, he seemed to work quickly as he moved from room to room. I was also impressed at how respectful he was of our house during the process. For example, he seemed to be careful walking on carpets and took time to clean up any mess that was created along the way. He did a great job of communicating with me throughout the day and was good about setting my expectations when he encountered a few unforeseen issues. In the end, the new lights he installed look awesome and I also have peace of mind knowing that the house is a bit more safe for my family.
Overall, I could not have been more pleased with my decision to hire Roy and with the quality of his work. Not only is he an experienced professional, but he also has a great sense of humor and an easy manner which make it immediately clear that he enjoys what he does. I will definitely trust Roy with any future work and would recommend him 100% to anyone in need of electrical services.

We worked with Roy through a referral, that his quality of work and price were better than others. Roy came over on a weeknight to assess the job and talk through ideas of what lights to install and where. He was very open to our opinion, while offering his own. He saw that our desire to have a pendant light above the kitchen bar would not work logistically because of how the cabinets open, which we had not given fair consideration. We went forward on all of his recommendations, and the lighting makes the kitchen and family room look like whole new spaces.
Roy and his colleague, Ray, were very prompt on a Saturday morning. They both had great senses of humor, while maintaining an excellent level of professionalism. We were in and out of the house all morning and trusted them at the house without us around. When we were around, they asked questions and confirmed details with us before moving forward, making sure that we were pleased with the end result.
Overall, could not have been a better experience. Roy even came back a couple of days later to assess another issue. Very responsive (answering calls on a Sunday) and made us feel like a priority. We recommend to anyone. Thanks for the job well done!
