Proglass & Lock

Michael gave me an appointment a few days after I called. He was on time and very efficient. I was pleased that he replaced the two panes with thicker glass. His price was what he had quoted over the phone and was very reasonable compared to others. An added bonus is that he seems a delightful person - chatty, gracious, and polite. I would not hesitate to hire him again and refer him to others.

I can call him and he’ll be there right away.  If I need him to do several things, he’ll charge me one service call to do several of our properties. He’s very efficient and he has good record-keeping.  He’s very personable and he’s honest with us and doesn’t want us to spend our money unless we need to spend it.  I can send him out and not go with him as long as I tell my tenants that he’s coming.

All work was done satisfactorily. Mike obviously takes pride in doing good work. (He is VERY chatty however.) The bill was surprisingly high. I should have gotten an estimate in advance.

I called them up and they told me how much it was going to cost and stuck to it. They were very professional and got the job done. They were there on time and they even called before hand to make sure that we ready for them.

I called Pro Glass and they sent someone out very quickly. He arrived the same day and gave me an estimate. He had me pay upfront. He told me it would take about 5 to 7 days. When that time came and went, I called back to see when they were going to come back out. They came out after about 10 days so it took longer than expected and I was disappointed that I had to follow up with them to get the job finished after I had pre-paid.

I called Mike on a Saturday morning explaining I needed to fix a window that my son broke with a football (good arm, needs to work on the aim :)). Mike suggested that I bring the window right down. Though my job wasn't urgent, after learning I had about 10 miles to drive, Mike fixed the window ON THE SPOT! Mike's attitude was friendly and cheerful and his work was quick and professional. Overall the experience was suburb. This is the way small business is supposed to be. I would gladly have driven twice as far to receive this wonderful service! Mike will definitely see me again.
