I tried several companies from Angie's List. All of them offered me the similar proposal, but Choice Roofing gave me the best price. They actually did my mom garage roof 2 yrs ago, and my mom was happy with them. Ray from the company is not a salesperson. He is actually the owner with over 20 yrs roofing experience, so he may not talk like a salesperson. He came on the day, did the estimate and pointed out the problems on my roofs and gave good suggestions. For example, one of the rear entrance sub-roof on my house is very flat, and always had leaking problem. He suggested using rubber roof rather than shingle. None of other company's representative suggested that. The project was a 2-days job. There was a 8 men crew on the first day, and 6 men on the second day. They removed my old roof and took pictures on all the rotten woods and showed them to me so that I could agreed to replace them. Next they installed mental edge, weather shield and paper and finally with nice CertainTeed shingles. They also repointed my chimney and fixed 2 gutters for me. In the end, they cleaned up everything and used a powerful magnet to remove nails on the ground.
