ARI contracting provided amazing service, ARI and his crew were always on time and kept everything around the house extremely organized. Thiago promised to return and install aluminum sheet over the fascia board within 2 weeks, and said he would send me an estimate of the cost of the materials the next day.
I have not heard from him since.  His phone goes to voicemail, and the mailbox is full so I can't leave a message.
He also left some equipment (a framing brace, triangular in shape) which I left in front of my garage, it has been waiting for him to pick it up for weeks.  I had left him 2 voicemails about it before his voicemail box filled up.
It seems like he mostly works as a subcontractor, and doesn't act as if small jobs like mine are important.

They arrived on time and they finished the job on the same day just as they said he would.

The job went fine from start to finish.  Very prompt and courteous service.  I would call this company anytime I need work done.

Everything went exceptionally well. They were on time, clean, neat and he was helpful with making my 86 year old mother feel comfortable.

I am very pleased with the attitude and work performed by USA Group Construction.  Contractor even offered to redo sill work on one window previously performed by customer at no additional charge, which of course was accepted.

They came when they said, did the work and cleaned-up very well.

We actually hired another roofer first but that roofer not only improperly repaired the front side of our roof (leaving exposed nails on the shingles everywhere) but also, removed our gutter and refused to come back and replace it.  In came Thiago, who was highly recommended by our general contractor Marcello of Marcello's Renovations.  Thiago was punctual and most importantly, flexible.  Due to our renovations, he was more than willing to accommodate our constantly changing schedules.   He was polite and his work, professional.  We had him repair the entire backside of our roof and replace the dormer siding with vinyl.  In addition, he replaced the gutter that the previous roofer had removed and only charged us for materials costs.  That was much appreciated considering we were already significantly over-budget.  Also, unlike most roofers, Thiago did not need staging.  We live in a 4-story plus basement home and Thiago was able to access the roof using ladders only.  That was amazing!  We will definitely hire him to fix the damage caused by the previous roofer to the front side of our house in the near future.
