 + -1 moreI BROUGHT A PAIR OF PANTS TO ANN CLEANERS TO BE TAKEN IN. WE DISCUSSED HOW IT WOULD BE DONE AND THE OWNER SAID NO PROBLEM. WHEN I PICKED UP THE PANTS THEY HAD NOT BEEN TAKEN IN ENOUGH. HE PROMISED TO RE-DO IT AND I WAS NOT IN A RUSH. HOWEVER, WHEN I GOT THE PANTS BACK THEY HAD RUINED THEM. AFTER A FEW MINUTES, THE OWNER ADMITTED THAT THEY HAD NOT DONE THE ALTERATION AS DISCUSSED AND HAD CUT OFF PART OF THE PANTS THAT WERE NEEDED. HE OFFERED TO MEND THE PANTS WITH OTHER FABRIC AND KEPT SAYING ''BUT THEY ARE STILL PANTS. YOU CAN WEAR THEM.'' I POINTED OUT THAT THEY WERE BRAND NEW PANTS AND I EXPECTED THEM TO LOOK BETTER, NOT WORSE THAN WHEN I BROUGHT THEM IN. I DIDN'T WANT THEM PATCHED WITH NON-MATCHING PIECES OF FABRIC. HE WOULD NOT GIVE ME MONEY TOWARDS BUYING A NEW PAIR OF PANTS TO REPLACED THE NEW ONES HE HAD RUINED. HE WOULD NOT EVEN REFUND THE $20 I HAD PAID TO GET THE PANTS TAKEN IN. HE WAS RUDE AND INSULTING. I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO HIS STORES.
