Y Silva Improvement Inc

I signed a contract with Y Silva improvement, Inc (wechat id: liyuan_bae) for my exterior house painting in July 2018. This project started on July 27, 2018, but did not finish even after 6 weeks of struggle (it said in the contract it would finish in two weeks plus one week potential delay due to weather). On Sep 7, the company claimed that the work was done. Many issues were found after careful examination: 1) Some areas especially hidden parts are left unpainted 2) Preparation of work specified in the contract was skipped. Although we reminded them several times, no power wash & scrape of old cracked paint on the walls in second floor and most windows/trims in the house. Dusts can be seen clearly under white paint. 3) Many surfaces (particularly on windows) were painted uneven. The connection parts between walls/ windows / roofs were poorly done. 4) In some walls, the color on the top part is dimmer than that on the first floor 5) On Sep 26, 2018, I found many bubbles in the new painting in some walls. Crack was also detected in windows. Please judge the quality of painting on basis of those pictures Communications with them are very challenging. They refused to come and take a look of those issues we pointed out. I filed BBB on Sep 14, and never heard any response from them. I sent them some pictures by certified mail. They said they were taken before they performed the painting. If they did not believe the pictures, why not come back and verify that we lied.
