Wilcox Carpet Cleaning

Nothing short of miraculous results on both. I wouldn’t have thought couch and carpet could have been revived so we’ll. Lucky to get an appointment so soon. They are highly recommended and thus busy. Good communication, scheduling, prompt and professional. Able to check a silk covered chairs on the way out. Honest opinion one could be cleaned, other had been damaged. Tried a spot and fixed the one, not charged. I am so pleased and appreciative of candor and outcome on all work.

This is the 2nd time we have used Wikcox. In both cases, they did an *excellent* job at what we regard as a very fair price. They arrived on time, moved furniture carefully. We will certainly use them the next time we need our carpets cleaned. There is no pressure to get you to purchase "extra" services.

Big improvement across the board - one very hard stain was not completely removed (but they proactively called to let me know why).  Would absolutely use them again.

As always, an excellent job.  I have never been dissatisfied in over twenty years.  Only reason for a B on price was that after the first time, I have never bothered to shop.  This time, I thought the dining room chairs were beyond hope, but no! They look great.  One carpet had been soiled by our dog, and could not be completely cleaned, but that was not unexpected. All the other carpets, of various types, look great, if not brand-new.

They were very quick to schedule a visit to our house and showed up on time. They were pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and did a good job removing the marker drawing done by my son all over our light-colored couch. The price was exactly what I had been quoted over the phone. The only complaint I have is that they don't accept credit cards, but rather only accept cash or checks.

We have been using this company for ever - well over 20 years - They are very professional - do a consistently excellent job - and are magicians with difficult stains (they can get anything out of anything!)  Also - very flexible and easy to deal with -

They are excellent and I really like them. I think they are neater than other people I have used, and also do a better job at cleaning the carpets.

They are punctual. They are pleasant. Brendon, who is Bob's son, works with another man and they are accommodating and trustworthy. I leave them in the house alone and I am perfectly comfortable doing that. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Bob Wilcox Associates. We had them scheduled to shampoo our third floor the day before we moved into our new home. Unfortunately, when he arrived, one of our contractors needed to do additional work on that level. Knowing that we were moving in the next day, he kindly offered to come back at the end of the day (after 6) to finish the work. When we moved in, the carpet was spotless - he even got out a section of carpet that had an ugly 8 inch round dark brown stain (the carpet was off-white). We can't thank them enough and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I have used Wilcox Assoc. many times and have often referred them. They are super on time, neat, careful, and they can get rid of some of the most incredible stains --I never dreamt they would come out. Nail polish, makeup, and many more unrecognizable things in my kids room! My carpets have never been cleaner since they were installed, and it's an impressive clean!

I had another terrific experience with Bob Wilcox. Bottom line is that his team thoroughly cleaned a living room sofa and two soiled rugs in high-traffic places that hadn't been attended to for several years, including removing of several old wine & chocolate stains. This was the second time we've used their services, and the rugs and furniture look great when he's done, and more importantly, don't seem to get soiled again quickly from ordinary traffic as we found with other cleaners. They were flexible in scheduling & rescheduling, prompt to their appointment, and finished slightly ahead of schedule. The price was reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience.
