The workers that came did an excellent job. They were polite, efficient and neat. I would hire them again, whereas they did a quality job on my house.

It was okay. They're still working. This is the second time I've used this provider.

Brendon stopped by almost immediately; listened carefully to my concerns about what might be the problem; scheduled the work promptly; was punctual and himself supervised the work; gave valuable advice that helped me save a lot of money. This is a company I expect to work with again in the future, as they inspired great confidence.

Flawlessly as usual. Brendan does excellent work as do his subs, and he stands by it. We have asked him to do some unusual projects and he has designed and built a custom solution for us. He communicates well at all times. Western Construction has been wonderful to work with.

Thorough job.   Cost a good amount but I felt comfortable they knew what they were doing and that we weren't going to have to come back for another round of fixes.  Brendan is an expert who does not cut corners.

They have done gutter work for me before, and I was satisfied. I emailed them in early August about repairing my gutter and they emailed back relatively promptly that they would do the repair when they came after the leaves had fallen. I said that was OK. I called in November and asked when they were coming, and the person I spoke with said they were very busy but would get the person out to clean the gutters soon. In a week or so, they did, and he did a good job, as far as I could tell. I emailed and called several times about when they could do the gutter repair, and they said they would get to it and n ever did.

It went very well.  Brendan Morrissey was very professional and courteous and answered all of our questions.  The work was done with the minimum of disruption to the household, and we are very pleased with the results.

I cannot rave enough about the quality of work Western does, how easy it is to work with them and their willingness to accommodate customer desires and preferences.  They come when they say they will come, finish when they say they will finish and in between clean up meticulously when they are through for the day.  This is the second time I have used them and both times have been the same, exceedingly pleasant and carefree experience.  I would not hesitate to use them again, should the need arise, and will not even waste time by "shopping around."  They are a "go to" construction service and I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

They did a great job, and were great to deal with.  Took a little bit of time to confirm scheduling for both efforts, but once confirmed they came when scheduled and did the work efficiently, and left no mess behind.  
For the ice dam removal, they were even able to help out a neighbor who was in desperate straits with their own ice dam.  
Would definitely use them again, and have already recommended them to other people.

After the gutters were installed they were leaking. I had to go up and inspect them myself. He had to come back out and fix them. The price was high as well.

Very well, it looks good and function well. It exceeds my expectations. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It went well. Brendon the owner is a great communicator. He had at least 2 guys on site until completion 90% of the available work days. For a permitted job that is is unheard of. There are usually days you have to wait for inspectors and it's hard to go on. He averaged 3 guys on site  for a 1 bedroom unit. He had at least one on site person who spoke good English at all times. This person was more than capable to run the job site and address any questions I had. Brendon was always available by phone if we needed more info. 
Brendon was helpful in sourcing material selections and communicating when they would need these materials by. 

Excellent work. Pretty fast. Very courteous workers. On one area installing an outlet they didn't put it where I thought I had asked them to and they cheerfully re-did it, no questions asked, no surcharge.

They were highly recommended to me by my mother, who is the most meticulous person, so I expected their services to be meticulous as well.  
-First, they ordered twice the amount of kitchen tiles necessary, with an overage of $1000.  Fortunately, even though the tile store would not let me return them, they had a relationship with Western so they were able to return them.  
-Then, the tile workers installed the backsplash, but instead of working from the centerpiece tile out, they worked from the edge in so they had to cut the tile in half around the centerpiece tile, which looked totally awkward and unbalanced.  So they came back and fixed that, but while they were fixing it, they put in cracked tile, so they had to come back again to fix that.  While they were doing the backsplash, they scratched my pine kitchen floor.  When Brendan came to see it, he said that the scratch didn't look new, implying that I was lying (but he eventually credited me).  
-They replaced my toekicks of the cabinet (a small and easy job), but used a wood that didn't match and also left glue on the edges.  They had to special order some wood that matched and do it again.
-After they installed the vanity (which was wall-mounted), $900 appeared on my bill.  While I realize that the wall mount was different than a floor mount, they did not tell me the price before they did this and just put it on the bill.
The best workers were the plumber (who is a subcontractor himself) and the person who put in the bathroom tile, light, and window (who works for Western).
Overall, I was incredibly disappointed by the sloppy work, and I will not recommend them to my friends.

We felt that the price was too high for the level of service we received.  WC provided very little supervision, and working with them was wrought with misunderstandings and disorganization. Luckily the painter (who I just discovered now runs his own business, Florentino's paint) went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the work, and even came in on Sunday on his own time because he felt so responsible. Overall, the quality of the work was good but I feel that I could have gotten it for half the price by hiring Florentino directly.  WC provided no added value.

It went well with Western Construction Inc. I had a leaky roof so it flooded two rooms. One of them was a drop ceiling. He replaced the whole drop ceiling, polished the wooden floors, and then painted the walls. There was a possibility of lead paint so he shielded it in one room. In another room it was a drywall ceiling and he had to take half the ceiling off and replace the ceiling with new drywall. He painted the room, polished the floor and put a new coat of wood seal on it. In the bathroom, which was the most impressive, he fixed the tiles that were loose and he cleared off mildew and put in new grout. They did a lot of work. I am in contact with him right now to paint another ceiling. He was very punctual and also professional. I would definitely use them again.

Update: my tub from which they resurface started to peel and I tried to contact them several times to come out and fix the problem. It was schedule for Wednesday August 6, 2014 for him to resurface the tub. The guy never showed up nor call nor text me. I called the company and they never gotten back to me. I need the tub fix before my new tenants move in on September 1. These guys will not respond to my calls or texts. Getting very frustrated!!! I can't believe Brandon has no idea what his employees are up too.

Update: They came and redid the tub. Better now than before!

Very well. Brendan listened to my concerns and explained the need for specific clamps to keep the gutter at a proper angle for the water to flow out, due to the angle of the overhang. He made a cut in the drain pipe, so I can attach a rain barrel in the warmer weather.

Both projects were superbly completed. I would definitely use Western again
