WATERTOWN WATCH & CLOCK REPAIR

Chris, the owner of the company, schedules house calls on Mondays for clocks which would be difficult to bring into the shop. We were able to get an appointment within two Mondays of contacting him. On the appointed day, Chris arrived promptly (after first calling to confirm that he was on his way.) After taking the clock apart, he quickly diagnosed the problem and outlined two repair scenarios, recommending the least expensive option (oiling the mechanism) as the one which usually corrects the problem. It did! While he was working, we engaged in lively conversation about the history of various clocks and watches and when he was done he looked at three other non-functioning clocks we have and suggested what we may (or may not) want to do regarding repair. Chris is quite knowledgable and very professional. We highly recommend him for any watch or clock repair.

Chris figured out what was wrong and fixed it on the spot while I waited. Outstanding service and performance. I couldn't be happier with the repair.

Chris has repaired two of my clocks.  He is EXCELLENT in every way and ai stronly recommend WATERTOWN WATCH & CLOCK REPAIR.

I had a Swiss Army watch that needed a new band and battery. I went to Equinox store in Mall originally and they refereed to a high end watch store down in same mall. Watch store said they ordered my band but it never came in and when asked about it they professed ignorance. Went to Watertown watch and Christopher fixed my battery and band while I was there. Whole process took 10 minutes and I had an enjoyable conversation with the owner while he fixed my watch. Highly recommend.

Watertown Watch and Clock Repair did a fantastic job. The person who does the repairs, owns the company and he is very skilled and knowledgeable. It is not a regular watch shop, they have some pretty high end stuff that this gentleman works on and they have grandfather clocks and cuckoo clocks. This is a place when you have a high end clock to repair.

He is really good and does the work quickly. I really like him. He is very nice and has a great reputation.

He is very caring and takes pride in his work. I was very satisfied with his work and will use them again in the future.
