Professional, incredibly talented and creative, and some of the nicest, smartest people I know. Tim and his office team got us a quote quickly and stayed perfectly within the budget they quoted. The work was done on time and I was able to communicate with Tim and his builders throughout the project. Our project was relatively small, but I have had the privilege of seeing many of his large builds/remodels and was blown away with the quality of the work. Having only done a few bathroom renovation projects prior to starting this major renovation with Schiefer Woodworking, I really had no appreciation for how important it was to find the right construction partner and I was lucky to get the recommendation for Schiefer Woodworking from a neighbor.   We decided to live through our renovation project and created a kitchen in our basement area.  We were with Tim's crew everyday and we found everyone on his team to be incredibly responsive and thoughtful about managing the project and keeping us informed about the progress along the way. Tim's crew and/or subs came every day completing the work required on time and within the budgets that were estimated.  The craftsmanship and the attention to detail that Tim and his team had on the job was simply outstanding.   More importantly the commitment to customer service and the overall friendliness of his entire team made it a pleasure to have them around the entire duration of the project.   Overall, I found his team and all of his subs to be highly skilled, efficient, passionate about their work and extremely personable and I would strongly recommend Schiefer Woodworking for any home renovation project you may be considering.

Remodeling your kitchen (in our case almost our entire first floor) is a disruptive and draining project.  Tim was great.  Very professional, thoughtful.  Really cares about the quality of the end product.  I am somewhat reluctant to add him to Angie's List because he is such a nice and talented guy, I think he usually only works off of referrals.  Please be really nice to him and don't jerk him around.  He is great!
