Steve at Sub Zero Solutions is the best. Responsive and professional, he knows his way around Sub Zero like the back of his hand. He is friendly, knowledgeable and clean when working. I cannot recommend him enough. If you need a service or repair, look no further, this is your guy! Now I just need a Steve for all my other needs!

Since they do not sell refrigerators but repair these sturdy appliances, they are extremely knowledgeable. Jason said the issues I had were common for my refrigerator at it's 'half life'. His price was better than the quote I had gotten from the store I bought the appliance. He had the parts in the truck and the service was done efficiently, cleanly and my refrigerator is running like new. Thank you Jason!
