SB Architects & Design Build

Initial meeting was fine, and some preliminary drawings were done , including getting consulting engineer. None of those appointments were well coordinated , either architect was a no show,or late. We gave her every chance to ratify this condition but it was a totally nonprofessional  attitude. We had to call to remind her of appointments, after waiting for hours.
 Emails often went unanswered for lengthy periods. After this trial, and error, there is no chance we can work with someone like that. On top of this , we have requested several times for them to send us the drawings, which we paid for, and own legally. We considered ourselves fortunate that we have not actually started any construction with them. 
Unfortunately, we had to give this very negative review to a provider, our first one. This is also one of the few times we got the provider's name on our own, not after viewing Angie's List. We will just write off the amount spent, as a loss.
