Bob has been doing work in my house for years. He is always very responsive and reliable. I trust him completely to do the work correctly. I am comfortable leaving him in the house even when I am not there. I highly recommend his services. His latest call was for a minor repair, but over the years he has done all kinds of plumbing work at my house.

Work is always well done and never requires a follow-up call. Highly recommend him.

Plumbed new kitchen and bath. Work was done perfectly even though there was very little space to work with due to existing structure and beams. The inspector was even impressed. They were always on time and cleaned up like they were never there. If you need any plumbing work done I can not recommend anyone higher. I would use them again in a minute.

Arrived on time, did the job as required and nothing more. Charged by time/materials against the plan we discussed ahead of time. Charge was fair, work was professional and complete. We would absolutely use him again.

Bob did this work for the family who owned the house before we moved in as a condition of the sale. He told me they paid $540. He vented the system to code, but he did not do it to the specifications of the Washer Dryer system. As a result, when our washing machine broke, the appliance man turned off the heat in our dryer and refused to fix our washer because of the extreme fire hazard. When I contacted Bob he told me he did not see the specifications, but they are on the back of the dryer. While I certainly understand why he did not come out to fix his work, I find it disappointing, since he claims to have an excellent reputation. I was forced to spend $250 to solve the problem.
