I am both an experienced Professional Organizer and Personal Assistant. I have been working for over 19 years with individuals, families and small offices. I offer a wide array of services from decluttering homes; organizing papers and creating filing systems; and overseeing both small and large renovations and projects. As a Personal Assistant I can pay your monthly bills, do your daily errands, accompany you to appointments and assist with your individual needs. I also provide Companionship Care for seniors and those in need.

I can prepare your home for a move or sale. I am passionate about getting your home in order.

Petra was superb. Reliable and trustworthy. She shows up on time, and completes work in an efficient and pleasant manner. She is very directive as to things we can get rid of that contribute to the clutter, and excellent at organizing what remains so that we know where it is and can find it easily. In addition, she is a wonderful resource as to other professionals who can be of service. She noticed while organizing my office that my computer was not working properly, referred me to a computer pro who arrived within a few days and got all 4 computers in our home working flawlessly. Not only did she organize our garage, but had someone come the same day to cart off all of the stuff we got rid of. Life is easier after finding Petra. She takes charge and gets the job done. Hire her! We're glad we did.

Petra is amazing. She is incredibly reliable, dedicated, positive, upbeat and engaged. She gives way more than 100% to her clients. She is completely trustworthy and we felt totally safe with having Mom in her care. She is able to take initiative and step in when needed. She often called to check in on Mom even when she was not working. If anything, sometimes, I had to ask her to pull back a bit as she so much wants to take care of her clients. As Mom needed more time and coverage, we added a caregiver from a healthcare agency to fill-in time when Petra was not able to work as she had other pre-existing clients. We saw Petra as a personal assistant who has a concierge type business and did not initially hire her as a caregiver. Her fees are twice what agencies charge for homehealth type caregivers but they are totally in line with the type of concierge service that she can provide. She is also so much more capable and competent than any caregiver that we hired from the agency and there were several over a two year period. We felt very blessed to have found Petra and have her in Mom's life. Mom also viewed her as friend and not as someone who was getting paid to take care of her. I am happy to highly recommend Petra for future work.

Petra has been a true pleasure to work with. She is incredibly professional, personable and detail-oriented. Having moved into a new home, she helped me to organize my closets and clothes drawers, book shelves, kitchen cupboards and drawers, etc. She was a huge help in getting me feeling organized and caught up setting up my house. In addition, Petra helped find or oversee a number of home repairs for me- electrical work, HVAC work, carpentry, roofing, fireplace, etc. She found very good vendors to provide the work or assisted with the ones I chose. On days that I couldn't get away, Petra would be at my house to greet the vendors, oversee their work, and frequently touch base with me regarding their progress and quality. Petra really made my life easier when I simply couldn't be at home to deal with all the work being done. In addition, when I had a number of house guests to stay, Petra was available to do shopping and set up the house in preparation for their arrival. What a wonderful and thorough resource when you're too busy to do it yourself!

We are moving out of the country and Petra has been helping us with many many things, including supervising a bathroom renovation while we were on vacations, contacting a real estate agent for renting our house, etc.

She has been very helpful and will continue to work with her in the future. She will be our representative here while we are gone.

I hired Petra to work for my parents 6 years ago and she was totally amazing, helping them manage their household in terms of organizational projects, keeping on top of bills and mail, helping with grocery and gift shopping, light cleaning, laundry, and recently managing a huge move on short notice.  She has also helped me around the house with organizing, building furniture, etc.   In addition to being good at what she does, she is very easy to have around.  I have only the best things to say about Petra.
